It is important to know how to act correctly in the event of an insured event.

On every policy issued by us, there is a mandatory phone number available 24 hours specifically for emergency calls. In doing so, you will need to provide the following information:

  • data of the policyholder: name, surname, number of the identity document specified in the policy.
  • the address of the insured home (if we are talking about an insured event in the house) or the car number (if we are talking about a car accident)
  • data on the place, time, and causes of the problem
  • data on the affected third party (if any).

You can also contact your Agent, that is, us, and we, will not only help you open an insured event, or order an appraiser, but we will also monitor its conduct at all stages.

After claiming an insured event, the company opens the “SINESTRO” insurance case, within which the accident is checked, the damage is assessed and repair work is carried out or a decision on payments is made.
